Hello!  This past weekend  I had a basketball game. I have played basketball for five years and love it!  Basketball has shaped me to be a better person. A lot of the girls on my team are some of my best friends.

The game was very hard but we won (WHOOHOO!). The team that we played had not lost a game in two years. Northwestern (the team we played) have five teams in the league we have been playing in and we have been trying to  beat two of the five teams.  Last week we won against one of the two and this week we won against the other team.

I think basketball has been a highlight of my life. I still can remember my first game, when I was 5 years old and could barely dribble and run at the same time! I dream of being a WNBA player when I grow up!

All of my teams hard work and hours of practice paid off.  I want to thank my team for all the help to win the game because it took the entire team to get a win.  I love basketball!
